2. Bank Wire Transfer: The oldest, cheapest and safest way to make regular payments for bulk and wholesale orders.

Shipping Service
We ship parcels via FedEx, DTDC ,DHL, UPS and other couriers. Online tracking is available for all shipments. As soon as your package ships, we will email you the tracking details and site of your package. Our team also tracks the shipment regularly so that the parcel is delivered to you on time.

Shipping charges and Delivery Time
We provide free delivery in USA. Usually we deliver the orders in 8 to 10 days.

Distribution
Please note that we are direct manufacturers and sell our own handicraft products. Most of all our products are handmade. Since each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, delivery time for bulk and wholesale orders may vary depending on the quantity and particular items of your order. Bulk/wholesale orders may take approximately 15 to 20 days.

For any urgent deliveries, please send us a request along with your order.

Customs and Taxes
Almost all countries impose customs duties on imported products. Please note that the courier companies DTDC ,DHL/UPS/FedEx, through which we ship your order, are able to clear customs and deliver the parcel to your address. Note that any duties and taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of merchandise. Please contact your customs office for information regarding duties and taxes. Custom charges levied are not included in the price quoted and will be payable by the customer.

Return
We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges or credits on all export orders. We check the quality of all export orders thoroughly and pay proper attention to packing so that you do not face any problem of return, refund or damage.
